How long does it take to make my handmade goodie(s)? 

All handmade items, such as our candles and afro picks, are made to order to ensure the best possible quality. Please expect it to take  7 - 10 business days (weekends and holidays not included) to prepare and process your handmade order. Due to the current climate that we are in, we are unable to rush production but please note that we are working as hard as we can to get you your order as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally? 

At the moment we only ship throughout the USA but we intend on shipping to all countries soon! 

What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is damaged?

Customers have one week to report a damaged or wrong item. Please email us at Hola@MyTropicalTouches.com within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear. Please refer to the product’s description to find details about product make and upkeep or feel free to reach out to us with any questions and concerns.
